Innate Abilities:

Levitation: float up to one metre from a surface and glide the air by leaping around. He still hasn't figured how to hover in the spirit world.

Phasing: intangibility, though any spirit can harm him. His invisibility lasts for a short amount of time and any sensitive spirit can detect his presence. His ghostly body moves through objects, walls and such. He doesn't do this often, since the time he was stuck in a book shelf for four and a half years. Like any gwisin, he can appear as a reflection (which is mostly alarming, it's not a pleasant experience) or rarely, show up in a dream (only in humans).

Control: Lacks it, the best he can do is exaggerate movements of his scarf.

Personality:

Han works stupidly hard and he will help in any way he can, even scrubbing the floor— if the outcome benefits him in some way (except anything that involves the kitchen. Long story short, abort the mission). He does feel fake for not always helping out of genuine concern, which troubles him when it comes to closer friendships and receiving acts of generosity. Nevertheless connections deserve to be cared for and it doesn't hurt to have manners. He is well aware of what taken advantage feels like and becomes a scheming individual at anything that greatly upsets him. In one case he replaced chop sticks with pocky and planted vegetable lambs in multiple backyards.   

He prefers not to show bashfulness or strong emotions— he will deny them, especially weaknesses. Curiosity drives him to wander no matter how far, he will even trespass for the sake of exploring. Being a bit of a busybody, he is more than happy to be very lazy when there is little need for work. He is exuberant during performances and is hospitable to all company. After all, anyone who comes for a performance out of the time of their day deserves utmost enjoyment and care. He will gladly play a song for you, and will be more delighted to hear you sing.

He spends each day differently, focusing on the journey part of experience and not worry about the destination or the whole outcome of the day. He doesn't like serious situations, he would act silly to lift the tension for his own sake, but he knows when it's a better idea to get real. He walks into risks and tries unusual things because he takes his natural abilities for granted— just poof if things go really bad. If one became better friends with him, he is noticeably timid and spontaneous.

- smoking It's actually his favorite pleasure. His nose turns pink and he just gets sick too often, to his dismay. It won't stop him from finding a decent pipe though.

- expensive gifts He always give gifts of similar value in exchange of receiving gifts. He doesn't dislike expensive gifts, it's just difficult to reciprocate them.

History:

At the time of his death, he deeply desired to live. Complications aside his wish was answered by becoming a gwisin. When his purpose is fulfilled, he will return to the dark depths of the spirit world, or wander in the current world, but for how long, he doesn't know. He desires to embrace music, dance, and all of the arts. Drawn to the charm of the bath house and its performance group, he is fascinated by the great number of spirits gathered in one place. He doesn't know how long he would stay, but perhaps it wouldn't hurt to live a little (and find a job).

Additional Info:

- He currently owns a sogeum (a bamboo flute he is holding), a hun (also known as xun in China and tsuchibue in Japan) and can hand flute. 

- He has little interest in material possessions and even discards gifts when he travels. As much as he values gifts and likes the idea of owning many instruments, carrying possessions is a burden. He holds onto memories instead and associates them according to plants. 

- His usual dances resemble kung fu. He is familiar with traditional folk dances, and likes to pick up speed. He is unable to do acrobatic feats and ends up floating. He is better off throwing or holding individuals. Other than that, he is eager to learn different instruments and performances.

- His original form is unappealing, including his hands, hence always wearing gloves. He can keep a decent appearance but it restricts his natural abilities. He has had enough of punches, shovels, and screams for appearing in his original form. 

- A breeze occurs when he is in contact to humans. In the spirit world, it occurs when he is anxious.
 
- He greatly admires and respects guards. He was never a good guard himself, and he is will not hesitate to show his generosity to all guards or smack them with his flute if they're clearly slacking off.

- He has a quiet affection for families and couples. He rarely sees it when he lived in the palace back in the Joseon Dynasty. It was the life he grew up in, it's the kind of love he was forbidden to have when he was a guard. 

- Has a woldo ( a spear from ancient Korea. It's also known as a "moon blade"). Currently not in use, he forgot martial arts a long time ago. He still keeps it because it's very sentimental to him, no matter how inconvenient it is. He likes calling it Woldo. Sometimes he loses it and asks "Where's Woldo?" How could he possibly lose a long weapon, he has no clue. It even disappears and returns later on the same spot, if not in the most random places. There has to be more than meets the eye...
